Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations Due to the inherent nature of the products we sell and the customizations we offer, our return policies are a bit different yet they are engineered to meet or exceed industry standards while being friendly and fair to all involved. Initiating a Return, Exchange, or Cancellation: All returns, exchanges, or cancellations must be initiated using our Contact Us form explaining the reason for your request. Refunds: Our goal is to build long-term relationships with customers. Returns of product for a refund are available on all eligible products up to 30-days from the date of delivery. Return Shipping: Triton Motorsports is not responsible for shipping costs associated with return requests, no matter the reason. The customer is responsible for covering shipping costs to and from our warehouse/s, even in the event that a part is warrantied or deemed defective and replaced. Please read the return policy on the product’s description page for the specific terms. All products must be returned in factory new packaged condition (special orders and custom products are not eligible for return). Cancellations: Since almost all of our offerings are customized and made to order, as long it has not been manufactured, an eligible order can be canceled for a 100% refund. We do our best to get products manufactured and shipped to customers as quickly as possible, but in certain cases delays are inevitable such as those caused by weather and freight disruptions.

Product Warranty Warranty on Triton Motorsports Products: It is our intention to sell only the highest quality products. We offer a 1-year/36,000mi warranty against defects in workmanship or materials on our brakes, and a 2 year warranty against defects in workmanship or materials on our exhausts and wheels, not extending to normal wear and tear or misuse. You must provide us with a proof of purchase and the defect. Please inquire before ordering if you have any questions. Return Shipping: Triton Motorsports is not responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims. The customer is responsible for covering shipping costs to and from our warehouse/s, even in the event that a part is warrantied or deemed defective and replaced. Warranty claims in most cases require parts to be returned to us to be inspected. Once we determine the cause of the defect is from manufacturing and not from wear or misuse, the warranty process can begin. In some cases we can confirm the warranty claim via picture or video, especially if the failure is a known, documented issue. Again, please contact us if you face any problems with our products. Warranty Policy: Triton Motorsports will only replace or repair warranty items. No refunds will be given. We or the product manufacturer will inspect or test all products prior to a warranty claim decision. This process may take 4 to 6 weeks. All products we offer are warranted to be free from defects prior to installation. Any modification or improper use voids this warranty. This warranty does not cover installation/labor costs.Triton Motorsports shall be the final arbitrator in interpreting the extent and remedy of warranty. Second-Hand Products:  Warranties on products sold by Triton Motorsports are not transferable, and are only available to the original purchaser. However if you do buy a used Triton Motorsport product and have a problem with it, please contact us and we will try our best to help you out.

Liability Triton Motorsports, its partners or affiliates shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental and contingent damages arising from, but not limited to, the sale, transportation, installation, use or repair of its products. The buyer or user of the product assumes full responsibility towards the risks involved with the use of the product. Triton Motorsports is not responsible for any damage, whether consequential or not, or any losses suffered (potentially or actually) from and/or for equipment failure or malfunction after installation.Triton Motorsports does not make any warranties whatsoever, expressed or implied, oral or written for offroad and/or racing use either. No warranty or representation is made to the product’s ability to protect the user from injury and/or death. The user assumes all risk, actually and potentially, whether material to injury and death or not. Further, the user liberates Triton Motorsports from any liability towards any and all property damage that may occur from equipment failure or malfunction of the products after installation. The purchaser and/or the user expressly agrees to exercise and rely upon their own skill and judgment in selecting the product and deciding it to be suitable for their intended use.

Legal Notice All equipment is sold under the presumption that the purchaser will use it in accordance with applicable federal and any state laws in a manner that is safe and shall discontinue its use as conditions warrant. Equipment shall never be installed or used in a manner where it may interfere with safety or safety equipment. Do not install parts in the path of the airbag system or that hinder the function of seat belts! Automotive performance products can be broken when excessive force is applied, or disassembled, and components can become loose from vibration or heat. Products sold for racing use as well as use on vehicles not registered for highway use should never be used on public roads and highways on registered vehicles that are required to have all emissions systems fully intact.

Dispute Resolution & Refusal of Service Dispute Resolution: Triton Motorsports agrees to provide all reasonable methods to resolve any disputes or discrepancies, and you agree to contact us via email within 48 hours of any dispute. You also acknowledge and agree that you as the Authorized User or the Cardholder will not initiate any charge-back or claim procedure with our Merchant Bank or your creditor without obtaining a confirmation from us to verify that you provided us with the opportunity to resolve the claim or dispute, even if we were unable to provide a resolution. Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason.  We do not accept being treated belligerently. Yelling, swearing, threats or being berated will not be tolerated, and under such conditions communication will end with no resolution.  We treat all of our customers with respect and dignity, we only expect the same in return.
